Role details:
To make up sections of high and/or low-pressure piping systems ready for installation Working hours are between 8 – 10 hours Sunday – Friday.

Key Requirements:
Essential
· Full Apprenticeship in relevant or related trade and/or a Vocational Qualification at L3 (NVQ/QCF/RQF) from a recognised Awarding Body (ECITB/EAL) OR
Ace Card or equivalent in Installing Plant & Systems - Pipefitting OR
ECITB Technical Test (TPF13 or TPF05)
· CCNSG Valid Site Safety Passport
Preferred
· IOSH Managing Safe
· Vocational Qualification L3
· Knowledge and Skills
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the manufacture of small and large bore pressure pipe work, as well as experience in the installation of pressure pipe work, superheater headers and vessels.
· Sound understanding of Human Performance
· ECITB TMJI 10
· ECITB TMJI 19
Experience
· Completion of a recognized apprenticeship within a related engineering or engineering construction environment.
· Experience working within the Engineering Construction Industry on large capital plant such as thermal and nuclear power stations, oil refineries, petrochemical installations, industrial process installations and oil rigs etc.
Experience of working on TAR’s, outages, projects or new build projects within an engineering construction site environment including experience in one or more of the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Thermal or Nuclear sectors
